The Studio
In 2006 Sphinx opened at College/Ossington and the studio grew with a diverse mix of clients who wanted to take their health into their own hands. We loved the neighbourhood, the people, the restaurants…then we outgrew the space. In January 2020 we found the right [next]space and moved to the beautiful Annex neighbourhood. Here’s to 14yrs on College and a lovely new home in the Annex!
Our space > 412 Bloor St W. It’s very inviting, calm, supportive, lots of light, fabulous wood floors, space to move in and, on the subway line. We look forward to seeing you soon…
Group classes range from 2 to 6 or 8 people; Private and Semi-privates available too.
We know one thing for sure: movement has changed our lives. Our love of intelligent movement and anatomy keeps us motivated to help others discover the positive, life changing effects Pilates + ELDOA can have on the mind and the body.
